Mini Eggs Fruity Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 6
Prep time 10 minutes
600g frozen mixed berries e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
4 bananas frozen and sliced
480ml unsweetened almond milk
6 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
30g Cadbury mini eggs

For the topping
12 Cadbury mini eggs
2 tbsp desiccated or shaved coconut
100g fresh berries

Instructions

1) blitz the frozen berries, bananas, almond milk, yoghurt and Cadbury mini eggs in a blender or food processor until you have a smooth purée flecked with tiny pieces of mini egg
2) divide the smoothie between 6 serving bowls and top with the whole Cadbury mini eggs, coconut and berries. Eat immediately while the smoothie is still slightly frozen.
