Raspberry Explosion Cake!

For the cake:
200g caster sugar
200g softened butter
4 eggs
200g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 packet of raspberries or just as many as you would like to put in

For the buttercream:
200g softened butter
400g icing sugar
2 packets of raspberries in or as many as you would like

Gold sprinkles
Edible gold glitter spray


In a large bowl whisk everything together.

In a separate bowl coat your raspberries in a thin layer of flour and then carefully fold them in to your batter.

Equally spread you mix between 2 lined tins and bake for 20 minutes at. 170° fan.
