1/2 kg/ 500g flour
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk (lukewarm)
1 tsp oil
2 tsp yogurt
water (as required)
As desired( eg: capsicum, tomato, onion, chicken, mozerella cheese)
• Add the dry ingredients (including instant yeast) into a large bowl.
• Add the wet ingredients into a seperate bowl and whisk together.
• Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and add a little bit of water.
• Knead the dough while continuously adding little bit of water until a dough is formed.
• Let the dough rest for 3 hours.
•Top the pizza with your desired toppings.
•Bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
